that is what should be said once you have just tasted something that is very...tasty.
Stemming from the time that I ate a sweet potato frit and then said "mmmmm, fritz" and now i cannot stop saying "mmmm, fritz" after i eat something yummy. You may say it after eating anything, it is not specific to fritz, which is the beauty of it.

Mashed yams that may or may not actually be squash on toast is NOT fritz.
