When someone loves something very very much and is very obsessed about it. For Whats her face, this happens about once a month.
For example:

2004- Dominic Monaghan
early 2005- Freaks and Geeks
spring 2005- danté
Happens regularly to certain people. Will cause people to become very annoyed with this person and want them to shut up and walk away. Often leads to ostracism and banishment from the group.
(But honestly look at my cat, he is so cute.)
